About us

"ECLOF" Universal Credit Organization LLC was founded in 2006 by the "ECLOF" Foundation to implement microcredit programs in Armenia. On October 17, 2006, the company was registered and licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (License No. 17).

As a full member of the international microfinance network, "ECLOF" UCO contributes through its activities to the economic development of Armenia—particularly rural communities—supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, and overcoming poverty.
